  • Ski conditioning class at Gasworks Park

    Join me and my skiing/snowboarding friends for a fun workout to get in shape for the upcoming ski season.


    We focus on getting your joints in shape for the impact of skiing and snowboarding and also focus on getting your heart and lungs ready for those long runs on the slopes!


    If you have any ongoing musculoskeletal conditions, I can individualize your exercises and even do a quick injury screen with my physical therapy expertise!


    All ages and all fitness levels welcome!


    All classes are $20 drop-ins at Gasworks Park in Seattle. We meet at the bottom of the steps of Wallingford Ave.
