  • Frequently Asked Questions

(Please contact me if you have any further questions.)

Do I need a referral or prescription?

No, physical therapists have direct access in Washington State so a prescription or referral is not necessary. However, a referral from your doctor is always helpful.

When you come to my home or office, how do I prepare?

You should dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move. I can make the most of any location, but a smaller room with some open floor space is ideal.

    Do you take insurance?

I am a cash based practice and take payment at the time of the appointment. The exception is PIP Insurance from a motor vehicle accident which I will bill for you directly. Upon request, I can also provide you with a self-claim invoice that you can turn into your insurance company for reimbursement. The types of payment I accept are:

    •  Cash
    • Check
    • Credit or Debit Card
    • Health Savings Account (HSA)
    • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
    • Apple Pay
    • PayPal
    • Venmo

What are concierge physical therapy services?

Concierge physical therapy means providing you with the convenience of treatment in the comfort of your home or office, and being available to you via phone call or text whenever you have questions or concerns.

What is your area of service?

I operate in the Seattle area and will go to most cities within King County. If you are more than 10 miles outside of Seattle, please call me to discuss scheduling options.
