Living with pain affects every aspect of your life.
It makes it hard to live your daily life and do the things you love.
Physical therapy can help ease that pain, and help you to more easily function, move, be active, and live better.
A Whole Body Approach
Optimize your quality of life.
Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, surgery, a car accident, a back or neck injury, or just want to improve your health, I can help you get your life back. Through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education, I take a holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment.
If you are healing from surgery, are experiencing pain, or feel that your physical function is not where you want it to be, I can help with:
• Sports rehab
• Neck and back pain
• Muscle injury or pain
• Joint pain and stiffness
• Pre and post surgical rehab
• Ergonomics and postural rehab
I come to you.
Home based therapy is better for you, for so many reasons.
- Personalized care
- Early intervention
How It Works
It starts with an evaluation where I will provide you with a diagnosis and a treatment plan to get you back to your optimal level of wellness, fitness, and quality of life.
Do I need a referral or prescription?
No, physical therapists have direct access in Washington State so a prescription or referral is not necessary. However, a referral from your doctor is always helpful.
When you come to my home or office, how do I prepare?
You should dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move. I can make the most of any location, but a smaller room with some open floor space is ideal.
Do you take insurance?
I am a cash based practice and take payment at the time of the appointment. The exception is PIP Insurance from a motor vehicle accident which I will bill for you directly. Upon request, I can also provide you with a self-claim invoice that you can turn into your insurance company for reimbursement. The types of payment I accept are:
- Credit or Debit Card
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Apple Pay
What are concierge physical therapy services?
Concierge physical therapy means providing you with the convenience of treatment in the comfort of your home or office, and being available to you via phone call or text whenever you have questions or concerns.
What is your area of service?
I operate in the Seattle area and will go to most cities within King County. If you are more than 10 miles outside of Seattle, please call me to discuss scheduling options.
